  • Diligent focus on data accuracy and created guardrails significantly reduced the number of invalid and duplicate incoming data and improved billing accuracy;
  • Attention to details has aided in the resolution of several thousand CIs with missing discovery data and duplication issues.

The new infrastructure included Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, Exchange, Lync and ISA. New services like Configuration Manager 2012, Operations Manager 2012, Webmail and Mobile Email Access added new value to the business by increasing users’ productivity and efficiency.

  • Titu Maiorescu University, >10000 users – designed and implemented Windows Server 2008 Terminal Desktop and HP Thin Client infrastructure to be used by student of all faculties; Designed and implemented Microsoft Forefront Client Security solution for the entire workstation’s and server’s estate; Designed and implemented File Services infrastructure together with Windows System Resource Manager optimization;

  • Labormed Pharma – Romanian’s top pharmaceutical company, 500 users – migrated from Systems Management Server 2003 to Configuration Manager 2007 SP2 R2, which allowed the company to standardize its desktop infrastructure with base operating system image, deploy monthly updates and software applications securely and in a controlled environment;
  • Rompetrol, Top 5 Romanian oil distributor, 3000 users – resolved critical errors with WSUS infrastructure that consisted of one primary site and 6 replicas in different European countries, which allowed the company to update all desktops with critical and security updates after months of stagnation.
