- Together with one colleague we completed full internal migration to VMware Virtualization solution and Windows Server 2008 R2 infrastructure. We acted as a Project Managers, Designers, IT Architects and Implementation Engineers for the in-place migration of all servers from physical Windows Server 2003 servers to Windows Server 2008 R2. The new infrastructure included Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, Exchange, Lync and ISA. New services like Configuration Manager 2012, Operations Manager 2012, Webmail and Mobile Email Access added new value to the business by increasing users’ productivity and efficiency.

- University of Pitesti, more than 3000 students – designed and implemented Remote Desktop Services infrastructure based on Windows Server 2008 R2 server and HP Thin Clients, which allowed Information Technology faculty students to use the latest Microsoft products through remote desktop;
- Romanian Ministry of Defense and Romanian Air Force, 2000 users – designed and implemented Forefront Client Security infrastructure in two separated networks: one public and one private, highly secured “offline” network only for internal use;
- Titu Maiorescu University, >10000 users – designed and implemented Windows Server 2008 Terminal Desktop and HP Thin Client infrastructure to be used by student of all faculties; Designed and implemented Microsoft Forefront Client Security solution for the entire workstation’s and server’s estate; Designed and implemented File Services infrastructure together with Windows System Resource Manager optimization;
- BPOS Project – Coordinated a team of 5 colleagues in a project of creating, customizing and delivering customized trials of Business Productivity Online Services (today’s Microsoft Intune) for 2000 clients;
- Internal Project, 130 users – Designed and implemented the migration from McAfee VirusScan Enterprise to Microsoft Forefront Client Security, which allowed the company to align with security restrictions regarding viruses, trojans, spyware and other malicious software;
- Labormed Pharma – Romanian’s top pharmaceutical company, 500 users – migrated from Systems Management Server 2003 to Configuration Manager 2007 SP2 R2, which allowed the company to standardize its desktop infrastructure with base operating system image, deploy monthly updates and software applications securely and in a controlled environment;
- Rompetrol, Top 5 Romanian oil distributor, 3000 users – resolved critical errors with WSUS infrastructure that consisted of one primary site and 6 replicas in different European countries, which allowed the company to update all desktops with critical and security updates after months of stagnation.
